Essentially our Tender service was set up in order to provide both client and the contracting business a means of working outside of ir35.
Once the client has completed the tender process and found a contracting business to provide services for the term of the contract, the contract business can opt for use of a payroll service we recommend who charge between 2and 5 % which enables both client and contractor to work outside ir35 and save money, this also saves the client between 10 and 20% of a contract value , so it is no surprise why clients are opting to offer contract tenders rather than the agency options that are traditional. We have also found that contracting businesses would prefer the money normally swallowed by agencies for themselves. It is also true to say that if a contracting business prefers they can opt to work directly with the end user, although we do not recommend this.
The payroll companies we recommend to you act as the interface between the client and contractor, our contract and tender process protecting the client from European working time regulations and employment law, holiday pay, sick leave and potential tax liabilities whilst also providing a support service to the contractor and enabling them to work outside IR35 if required. Most of our providers already offer this service to hundreds of contractors. Our providers invoice their clients monthly in arrears despite paying contractors weekly if requested. The advantage to our clients is that they have legally sound contractors outside of IR35 fully backed up by an organisation abreast of European Legislations as and when they change.
As we do not charge the client for our services then for the price of a
call you can have full access to this service. By not charging the client
we differentiate ourselves from the normal companies supplying services
to contractors and are able to attract a continual flow of contracts on
offer. At the moment we are educating clients on the importance of this
service and the implications for them of working in any other way. Whilst
this is a laborious task, client by client we are experiencing excellent
results.
In the near future we are expecting up to 100 new tenders per day, although we are waiting until January 2010 before we launch our fully integrated system for managing this volume.
Please select the contract that is of interest to you and follow the instructions
on how to apply.
